Changes and Vouchers

  • You will have a maximum period of 5 (five) calendar days to request collection for an exchange of the product. After this period, any exchange must be made directly at the branch corresponding to your school.

    There are NO returns or refunds . If necessary, a voucher will be created for the amount that can be used physically in our stores or at school sales.

    You will have 30 calendar days from the date of your purchase to request any exchange at our branches.

  • For changes in uniforms the following are NOT accepted:

    • Clothes washed and/or ironed.
    • Garments that show use.
    • It should not have embroidery that is not part of the uniform, for example, the student's name.
    • With holes or stains.
    • The garment must include: all original buttons, including the extra button; all original tags.
    • Socks and tights.
  • Steps to follow:

    1. Fill out the form
    2. Receive confirmation of the change by email along with the tracking number of the new package.
    3. If you require a voucher, fill in the details and select the option below.
